SBRConsulting now has available an application for users of Zendesk and BillMax. The application displays BillMax customer data in the Zendesk window so that agents can verify customer information without having to leave Zendesk.
The App loads in the right side-bar of the Zendesk Agent window. When a requester is added to a new ticket, the requester's email address is looked up in BillMax and the related data is displayed
Likewise, when a ticket is viewed, the BillMax data is displayed based on the requester's email address. Clicking on the Account #, User $ or Service number opens a new tab with that element displayed.
There is also a scipt that can be run by cron that will update the Zendesk End-User data from BillMax.
